This is (so far) possibly one of the most annoying recipes that I've ever had because of the fact that it sticks all over. Today I was over at my cousin erin's house and we were making Indian food. So I said I'll make the chapati (which is the name for flatbread in Indian) and headed over to the corner with my cousin's friend Sarah. We added 2 cups flour, 1 cup water, and kneaded it with our hands for 10 minuets. For the next 15 minuets it will be chilling in the refrigerator.
The beginning of a (well, I hope) delicious meal,

Beer And Sausage
We have this really wierd way of cooking sausage. We boil it in beer. My mom says it adds flavor. But I don't taste a difference. Is it true? Maybe a taste test will find that out.

Flour
We added three tablespoons of flour to one quarter cup water, mixed, and added to the meat juice, which had it's fat skinned and currently we are cooking over medium heat.

Gravy Fat
Today I am helping my mom make gravy. Right now I am freezing the meat and vegetable juice to get the fat off. I will also be making tapioca pudding.

Dough
Last night I was over at a friend's house and they were making pizza, it was weird, it smelled like challah. I wondered what challah made out of pizza dough would taste like?

Pudding
Today I had an urge to make something sweet so I got out my favorite cookbook (Joy Of Cooking). It was hard work, I tell you, have you ever tried cooking something with cornstarch in it? It seems like it'll never thicken and then all the second it's as thick as can be. Well, we (my mom and I) had to stir it first with no heat then medium until it thickens and then for a minute on low. It was hard work, but it was deeee...licious.

Banana Bread Dumplings
Today I made dumplings. My mom was making banana bread when I had a lightbulb! Put the banana bread batter into a dumpling and fry it. It turned out pretty good except that the baking powder and soda rose and it overflowed a little. But it was still delicious.

TWO-THOUSAND-TWELVE! YEAH!
I was rocking it out last night at first night, when the news struck, we weren't staying! It really came as a surprise, because all the other times we stayed to the rising of the ball. Well, it turns out it wasn't too bad. We went home and walked Kiko (our dog,11). Then we made a nice little dessert (see recook) and skyped my aunt Judy. After that, we watched my first EVER Star Trek (breaking for seeing the ball in NYC) and flopped into our beds.
